We are transitioning from our previous code-hosting service to a new system that will go live in late Summer of 2025. The switch to a new system was necessitated by the need for service improvements. In the meantime, please view a copy of the Summit County Code (as of February 4, 2025) and a list of ordinances that have gone into effect since the last update of the full code below.
