Eye on Water for Water Monitoring
In 2018, the Service Area implemented Eye on Water which is a service to track your water usage. Eye on Water allows you to monitor and track your water usage through their website or through their app.
Download Eye on Water on your phone to see how much water you use, avoid water use overages, detect leaks and discover trends for when you use the most water. Eye on Water works with the Beacon transmitter that the Service Area uses to monitor use. This is a free service that is provided as part of your water service. You can set alerts to notify you of leaks that are a continuous water flow for more than 24 hours. For information on how to use Eye on Water click here.
Residents MUST be signed up for Eye on Water to receive any leak forgiveness credit.
