A.How to pay an administrative citation: Any person violating any provision of this code, the adopted rules and regulations of special service districts within the county, or applicable state statutes may be issued an administrative citation by an enforcement official and assessed a civil fee. The fee may be paid on the Summit County website by choosing “Pay A Citation” under “Popular Topics” on the home page.
B.How to request a hearing on an administrative citation or a notice of violation: Pursuant to Summit County Code section 1-13-4-4, a person served with an administrative citation or a notice of violation has the right to request an administrative code enforcement hearing if the hearing request is filed within ten (10) calendar days from the date of service of the citation or notice of violation. A hearing may be requested by completing and submitting this form:
