Application period opens: November 3, 2025. Applications will need to be complete.
Required Documents: Proof of Income (last 4 consecutive check stubs, award letter from Social Security or Pension), asset balance information (checking and savings account statements, etc.), photo ID of all household members over the age of 18. Other items will be requested at time of in person interview to complete the verification process. Birth certificates for all minor children of the household.
Application Fee: $50.00 per person over the age of 18

3 Bedroom – $3,350
