Payment
Payment must be received by 5:00 PM on May 29, 2025. PayMac, a third-party payment processing company, receives and processes ALL payments for Summit County. Payment instructions will be sent via email to the successful bidder.
Payment may only be made by wire transfer. NO CASH, CHECKS, CREDIT CARDS OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Buyer's Premium
8% Buyer Premium ($1 minimum premium per auction) shall be added to the final sale price.
Partial Payments
No partial payments are allowed. All auctions must be paid in full.
Deeds
All property sold at the tax sale shall be conveyed by a tax deed within 30 days after the bids are ratified by the Summit County Council.
