[ARCHIVED] Canvass Results for 2024 Democratic Presidential Primary Election

UNOFFICIAL ELECTION RESULTS (1)

See the canvass results, HERE

Please note:

  • Summit County is not involved in party caucuses for any party. The County Clerk’s Office is in charge of running elections.
  • Only the Democratic Party held a primary election this year. The Republican Party chose the route of a presidential preference poll held at their March 5 caucus instead of a primary election.
  • The parties do not report the results of their caucuses to the county. If you’d like the results of your party’s caucus, you can contact the chair of your respective party. See below.
    • Summit County Republican Party Chair: Melanie Monestere | chair@summitcountyutgop.org
    • Summit County Democratic Party Chair: Rory Swensen | chair@scdems.org
  • Summit County only reports on elections the County Clerk oversees, which does not include caucus results from any political party.

If anyone has questions about the election processes, our Clerk's Office is always available to speak with you! You can contact them directly at elections@summitcounty.org or 435-336-3204.  You can also learn more about the entire election process at:  https://summit6.blubrry.net/2024/02/12/ep105
