[ARCHIVED] Vaccine Center Seeing Patients by Appointment Only

The Summit County COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic is closed on Monday, January 18. The clinic will resume operation on Tuesday, January 19. 

ATTENTION: Vaccine appointments are currently booked out more than two weeks. Please DO NOT drive to the clinic if you do not have an existing appointment to receive the vaccine. Links to schedule appointments will go out the week of January 18 if you have already registered at summitcountyhealth.org/vaccine or vacc.me/70. The COVID-19 Phone Hotline will be open Monday, January 18 to answer questions: 435-333-0050.
