In order to visit an inmate, you must create a free profile through the HomeWAV visitation platform.
Persons under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult with a valid HomeWAV account.
Steps to create a free HomeWAV profile:
Step 1: Create an account by visiting HomeWAV.com or download the free app on your device.
Step 2: Select facility, inmate, and add funds to enable the inmate to communicate (funds are for phone calls, video calls, email, text messages)
Step 3: Once the facility approves your account, wait for the inmate to initiate the phone call OR come into the facility during visitation hours to see the inmate in person.
Step 4: Stay logged in to ensure the inmate sees that you are available.
